There is also a sound insulated version of the popular PML series magnetic inspection hatch. 40 mm thick sound insulation is installed centrally on the rear side of the hatch cover, leaving room for magnetic fasteners on the edges of the cover. The hatch is completely removable - it only needs ~40 mm of free space on the facade side, so the product is also suitable for tight spaces. The soundproofing can also be easily modified depending on the installation location, for example round, if necessary.

All PML-dB hatches come with hanging equipment and standard fasteners. Thanks to the hanger equipment, you also don't have to get down from a chair or ladder to bring the cover down, but you can leave it hanging while working.
There are several mounting options and fixings, depending on the structure around the installation opening:
- Standard fixing for 13-16 mm structure (plasterboard, panel, furniture board)
- U24 fixing for 24 mm structure (double-layered plasterboard)
- Spring fixing for 8-24 mm structure (structure thickness varies on the sides of the opening)
- L-fixing for thick construction (screwed into concrete or stud from the inside of the opening)
