Kiilax Oy’s new CEO, Jani Olkkonen

Kiilax Oy has appointed Jani Olkkonen as its new CEO. Jani joins Kiilax Oy from Medizize Oy, where he has worked successfully for several years, most recently as Plant Manager of the Kontiolahti factory.

The new CEO brings strong operational expertise, experience in production development, and a modern leadership approach that supports the company’s strategic growth objectives.

The current CEO, Jouni Kotkanen, has served as CEO and owner of Kiilax Oy since 2020 and led the company to become part of the Bergman & Beving Group three years ago. The transition is a natural step in the company’s ongoing ownership and leadership development.

Jani Olkkonen will assume the position of CEO on December 1, 2025.
