Elebet Oy trusts in reliable availability and service
Cooperation with Kiilax makes everyday life easier
Elebet Oy, based in Pomarkku, is a long-time expert in the production of concrete elements – the company has been operating since 1974 and currently employs over 40 professionals. Foreman Risto Närvä says that cooperation with Kiilax has brought certainty to production – and at the same time made daily operations smoother.
The collaboration started when area sales manager Riku Tarnanen reached out.
"Riku has done a great job. He reaches out actively and also offers solutions on his own initiative," says Närvä with a smile, in a strong West Coast dialect.
"When a formwork carpenter needs plywood, it has to be there"
Elebet uses film-faced plywood for casting molds for concrete elements. Their favorite end products include versatile facade elements and architecturally demanding projects, where quality and precision are key. Närvä mentions examples such as washed-finish facade panels, highly refined balcony elements, and elevator shafts.
"We’ve standardized on a specific size and thickness for production, and Riku already knows to make sure it’s always in stock."
Availability and delivery reliability are key cooperation criteria for Elebet – in addition to competitive pricing. Needs can arise on short notice.
"We use thousands of square meters of film-faced plywood per year. You could almost say that Riku partially manages our inventory for us. We call back and forth, and there’s always been enough material at our cutting station," Närvä says appreciatively.
"And even though there’s some distance between us, logistics work seamlessly. Posti’s freight arrives promptly, and the drivers also give us good advance notice of incoming deliveries."
Quality and cooperation that shows on the job site
Elebet’s key strengths are delivery reliability, skilled personnel, clear processes, and above all – a high-quality end product. A concrete element has to fit precisely on-site, which demands accuracy and reliable partners – there’s really no room for compromise.
"Nowadays, end products are increasingly large, ready-made packages. When the measurements are accurate and communication works well, the customer's workload decreases," Närvä explains.
And this is where natural cooperation creates added value.
