Outrigger Pads
A stable base for safer working
An outrigger pad provides a stable base beneath a crane, access platform or other equipment or scaffold with support legs. Durable birch plywood is suitable for high concentrated loads and demanding site conditions.
Kiilax standard pads are made from 50 mm thick birch plywood, with sizes ranging from 400 × 400 mm to 1200 × 1200 mm. Pads are also available in 30 and 40 mm thicknesses and in custom sizes to suit the application.
Pads can be customised with milled shapes, openings and lifting cables. Metal corner reinforcements can carry company branding. We also manufacture reinforced designs for particularly heavy-duty applications.
Base plates measuring approximately 400 × 400 mm are available for scaffolding. Their textured surface provides good grip even in wet site conditions.
