OSB backing boards for cabinets
Kiilax OSB backing boards and brackets are fitted between the metal studs of partition walls before the plasterboard is installed. Cut to suit the stud spacing, they provide a simple, time-saving way to support cabinets and other wall-mounted furniture.
Attach the thin steel brackets to the studs at the required height using the strong, pre-applied tape. Alternatively, screw the brackets to metal or timber studs. Place the ready-cut 11 mm OSB board in position and fold the bracket tabs behind it. When fitting the plasterboard, add a screw at the backing board position.
