Kiilax plyobox
Build explosive power – and have some fun
The Kiilax plyobox makes plyometric training simple and fun. To change the height, just turn the box onto another side. No adjustments, no extra parts. Work on explosive power, speed and coordination at home, in the gym or with your team. And hey, add a tablecloth and it makes a handy side table too ;)
