Inspection Hatch with Magnetic Fixings

The Kiilax magnetic inspection hatch provides a neat solution for openings of different shapes, including round, square and oval openings. The cover should be approximately 50 mm larger than the opening so the magnetic brackets remain hidden behind it.

The removable cover makes it a practical choice for tight spaces, requiring only 5 mm of clearance in front. The cover can be fitted and removed without tools.

Standard fixings and a suspension system are included. The cover can hang safely while you work, so there is no need to carry it down the ladder separately.

There are several easy mounting options for fixing:

Standard fixing for 13–16 mm structure (plasterboard, panel, furniture board)
U24 fixing for 24 mm structure (double-layered plasterboard)
Spring fixing for 8–24 mm structure (thickness varies on the sides of the opening)
L-fixing for thick construction (screwed into concrete or stud from the inside of the opening)
