Material selection and availability
We help you choose the right panel material, thickness and surface. Kiilax supplies plywood, wood-based panels and other materials suitable for machining.
Cutting and precision machining
Panels are cut to size and machined to your drawings or dimensions. Operations include milling, drilling, grooving, openings, tongue-and-groove joints and special shapes.
Contract manufacturing and production runs
We manufacture one-off parts, prototypes and ongoing production runs. Use your completed drawings or refine the solution together before manufacturing begins.
Assembly and finishing
Machined parts can be supplied separately or assembled as agreed. Edge finishing, surface treatments, marking and other finishing steps can be included to suit the application.
Packing and delivery
Finished components are packed to suit their use and transport requirements. Choose a single batch, phased project deliveries or ongoing batch deliveries.
Ready to use
Your finished component arrives on time, ready for production, installation or the construction site. Coordinating materials, machining, assembly, finishing and delivery means it can be used without extra intermediate steps.

Materials we cut and machine
We work with birch and softwood plywood, coated plywood, MDF and HDF, particleboard, furniture panels, solid wood panels and suitable plastic sheets. We help choose the material, thickness and surface to suit the product’s working conditions.
Cutting to size
Order whole panels, cut-to-size pieces or blanks ready for the next stage. We cut rectangular panel parts, panels, strips and parts for production runs.
Shaped panel parts
CNC machining creates milled features, drilled holes, grooves, openings, tongue-and-groove joints, chamfers and special shapes. Parts are made to your drawings and dimensions, ready for the next stage.
Parts and components we manufacture
We make industrial panel parts, furniture components, parts for formwork and casting, pallet bases and covers, and components for transport and protective structures. Components can be supplied separately, assembled, finished and packed.
